Skylark Ithaca : Promises Made

On June 2013 , I received an email about a new project in the Whitefield area. The highlights of that email was
  1. 85% open greenery
  2. World class amenities
 The location seemed to be good , although the connectivity was not so good.
The other aspects that it mentioned was

Location:
·         In Whitefield
·         3Kms from Hoodi Circle
·         3.5Kms from Old Madras Road
·         3Kms from SaiBaba Ashram in Whitefield
Possession:
·         Within 42 Months


 This was indeed what I was looking for. It was a pre launch offer. For those who have just started looking for apartments, 'Pre Launch' is a stage where the builder has not formally started the project because there may be approvals pending.

The main advantage to buyers is that the prelaunch prices are typically lower and the buyer has the options to choose almost any apartment according to his/her budget, because the sales have just begun.

I went to visit the site which is just beside Skylark Arcadia ( the villa project) . Although I had some difficulty through the narrow roads , but then the area seemed okay and the scope of development , the vicinity of large villa project made things look promising.

I made a booking later after getting an estimate of how much it would cost to me.
